Tom Pow's previous collections are Rough Seas and The Moth Trap (Canongate) and Red Letter Day (Bloodaxe). He was the first Writer in Residence at the Edinburgh International Book Festival and is currently Head of Creative and Cultural Studies at Glasgow University, Crichton Campus, in Dumfries.
