Nance Van Winckel is the recipient of two NEA poetry fellowships, including one for 2001. Her fourth collection of poems, Beside Ourselves, will be released in 2003 by Miami University Press. A third collection of short stories, entitled Curtain Creek Farm, appeared recently from Persea Books.
