Mary Jo Bang is the author of three books of poems: Apology for Want (Univ. Press New England, 1997), Louise in Love (Grove, 2001), and The Downstream Extremity of the Isle of Swans (Georgia, 2001). She has been poetry editor of Boston Review since 1995 and currently teaches at Washington University, St. Louis, MO.
