Her chapbook How to Build an Owl won the Select Poets Series award from Small Poetry Press. She has poems in Daniel Tobin's anthology, The Book of Irish American Poetry and in The Sacremento Anthology: One Hundred Poems. She received the Spoon River Poetry Review Editors Choice Award 2000 and the Salt Hill Poetry Award 2000. Her just released chapbook, No Spring Chicken, won the White Eagle Coffee Store 2001 competition, and Pudding House Publications published her work in their Poets' Gold Invitational "Greatest Hits" series.
