Lupita Eyde-Tucker holds an MFA in Poetry from the University of Florida and has received fellowships and institutional support from Vermont Studio Center, Poesiaeuropa, Bread Loaf Writers Conferences, the Kentucky Women Writers Conference, and the New York State Summer Writing Institute. Her poems have recently appeared in Third Coast, Pleiades, Harbor Review, Poem-a-Day, The Cortland Review, Ninth Letter, MER, and Anacapa Review. Her English translation of Venezuelan poet Oriette D'Angelo's poetry collection, "Homeland of Swarms" was published in 2024 by co•im•press. "Mis Gacelas" first appeared in Rattle #71 in Spring 2021.
