Sandra McPherson had two books published in 2022: Speech Crush (Gunpowder Press, Santa Barbara) and The 5150 Poems (Nine Mile Books). She has twenty other volumes published since 1970. She is retired from teaching at the University of California at Davis & the Iowa Writers Workshop, as well as other venues. She is founder of Swan Scythe Press.
