Today's poem is by Stella Wong

Antimatter

I'm taken as an only child
with multiverses. There's nothing

worse than the sense of being alone. Out there.
In here. There's a reason

only's only two letters away from lonely.
An l & an e. Le, an article starting at the

beginning. One particle searching for its
other. Or Ēl, inhumanly. An eve without

man. A night without a man. Who? Any
human. Do I carry within me both man and

woman, dialectic newborns? Or is there
another male other out there who

stands by in silence as I swear? Does it
matter? What does? There is

matter & antimatter carrying within
itself the ability to destroy the other as

they meet.
