Mary Biddinger's new poetry collection Department of Elegy will be released by Black Lawrence Press in January of 2022. Her poems and flash fiction have recently appeared or are forthcoming in Allium, Bennington Review, Crazyhorse, DIAGRAM, Gone Lawn, The Laurel Review, Pithead Chapel, and West Trestle Review, among others. She is a professor at the University of Akron, where she edits the Akron Series in Poetry at the University of Akron Press.
