Jeanne Marie Beaumont is the author of four collections of poetry: Letters from Limbo (CavanKerry Press, 2016), Burning of the Three Fires (BOA Editions, 2010), Curious Conduct (BOA, 2004), and Placebo Effects, a winner of the National Poetry Series (Norton, 1997). Her verse play, Asylum Song, had its premiere production at HERE Theater in New York City in spring of 2019. Her poems have appeared in Image, The Manhattan Review, Columbia Poetry Review, Southern Poetry Review, Harvard Review, Ploughshares, Laurel Review, and many other journals and anthologies. She lives in New York City and has taught frequently at the Unterberg Poetry Center of the 92nd St. Y.
