Kaveh Bassiri
is the author of two chapbooks, 99 Names of Exile, winner of the Anzaldua Poetry Prize (2018), and Elementary English, winner of the Rick Campbell Chapbook Prize (2020). His poems have been published or are forthcoming in Best American Poetry, Best New Poets, Virginia Quarterly Review, Copper Nickel, Beloit Poetry Journal, and Shenandoah. He is also the recipient of a 2019 translation fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. His translations have appeared in the Chicago Review, The Common, Denver Quarterly, The Massachusetts Review, Two Lines, and Colorado Review.
