Lisa Fay Coutley is the author of In the Carnival of Breathing (Black Lawrence Press, 2011), winner of the 2009 Black River Chapbook Competition, and Back-Talk (Articles Press, 2010). She is associate poetry editor for Passages North at Northern Michigan University, where she is an MFA teaching fellow. Her work has appeared most recently in 32 Poems, Blackbird, Sewanee Theological Review, Pebble Lake Review, Fugue, and Linebreak.
