Kathryn Kirkpatrick is the author of three full-length collections of poetry: The Body's Horizon(1996), Beyond Reason(2004), and Out of the Garden(2007); two chapbooks: Looking for Ceilidh and The Master's Wife. Her poems appear in many journals, including Another Chicago Magazine, The Florida Review, Shenandoah, and Sycamore Review. She teaches at Appalachian State University in North Carolina.
