Grace Schulman
’s six poetry collections include, most recently, The Paintings of Our Lives and Days of Wonder: New and Selected Poems. Among the honors for her poetry are a Guggenheim Fellowship; the Aiken Taylor Award; the Delmore Schwartz Memorial Award; and New York University’s Distinguished Alumna Award. She is editor of The Poems of Marianne Moore and Distinguished Professor of English, Baruch College, C.U.N.Y. Schulman is Poetry Editor of The Nation and former Director of the Poetry Center, 92nd Street Y. She lives with her husband, Jerome, a scientist, in New York City and in East Hampton, N. Y.
