Susan Cohen
lives in Berkeley, California. She has taught on the faculty of the University of California, Berkeley, Graduate School of Journalism; been a newspaper reporter, science writer, book reviewer, and columnist; and written for many magazines. In 1997, she won the National Association of Science Writers science in Society Award for an article in the Washington Post Magazine, where she was a contributing writer. Her poems have appeared in Poet Lore, Poetry International, Puerto del Sol, the Seattle Review, Tar River Poetry, and elsewhere.
